The Proposals section is an ordered inventory of the means that sane people propose to achieve the aims they propose.
They can be called Safeguards as well because, each of them protects and revitalises a Good which is already there, deep inside ourselves.
There is a certain natural symmetry between the inventory of Denouncements and the inventory of Proposals, between the means for a war against Humanity and the means for a human existence.
The tools to carry out the Proposals in a sensible, organised and coordinated whole are the Thematic Commissions.
